ImaraWorks Building Maintenance Ltd is a professional maintenance partner for property managers, developers, commercial building owners, and residential clients across Western Kenya. Our brand is built on two things: structural strength and technical reliability — the qualities your buildings need to keep working day after day.
We are a single-vendor solution for everything that keeps a property functional and presentable — plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, tiling, pest control, landscaping, and cleaning. Every trade is delivered in-house, by technicians who work to the same standards, the same safety procedures, and the same documentation.
That structure is why our clients consolidate maintenance with us instead of juggling separate contractors. One point of contact. One quality bar. One team accountable for the building.
Our Story
From a small Kisumu workshop to Western Kenya's trusted maintenance partner.
ImaraWorks started in Kisumu as a small team of trades who were tired of seeing buildings let down by patchwork repairs and missed callbacks. We set out to do the opposite — to run maintenance the way you'd run a serious operation: scheduled, documented, and properly resourced.
Word spread. Property managers in Kakamega brought us into their portfolios. Estates in Eldoret asked us to take over their grounds and trades. Today we serve clients across Western Kenya — apartments, offices, schools, hospitals, retail centres, and family homes — with the same crews that started in Kisumu.
